Returns & Policy

We take great care in designing and producing each of our rugs and runners. Should you have any questions about your order, we are always happy to assist.

Standard Products

For standard (non-custom) products, the following return policy applies:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Please contact us by email before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically according to your specifications. For this reason, a separate policy applies:

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes items made to specific dimensions, color palettes, designs, or any other personalized request.
Minor variations in color, texture, or pile height are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We strongly encourage you to contact us prior to placing a custom order if you have any questions about materials, colors, or suitability for your space. We are happy to advise you to ensure the best possible result.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
